This Privacy Policy describes how Project Home Solutions Corp. ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our AtHome PH mobile application (the "App") and the services provided through the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
The App acts as a platform that connects users for the purchase and delivery of basic commodities and services. We provide an e-marketplace where customers can place orders, and vendors can list their goods and services.
3. User Accounts

Account Creation: Users must create an account as a Customer or Vendor to access specific features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the App.
4. Orders and Payments

Placing Orders: Customers may place orders for goods or services through the App. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your orders.

Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of products and services.

Customer Responsibility: Customers agree to behave respectfully towards vendors and delivery
personnel. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in account suspension or termination.
5. Vendor
agrees to uphold professional behavior in the provision of their products and/or services. Vendors are responsible for the behavior of their riders when it comes to the delivery of the products to customers. Unacceptable behavior may be subject to complaints, bad reviews, termination of orders, non-payment of orders, and termination of registration and removal from the app.
6. Customer
agrees to uphold professional behavior during the provision of the products and/or services they ordered. Customers agree to extend the same courtesy to the riders delivering the products they ordered.
7. Vendor – Customer Agreements
Vendors providing goods or services through the App are independent contractors. The App is not responsible for the quality or performance of the products or services. Only the vendor is answerable to the customer for any complaints arising from the sale of products or services to the Customers. In the same manner, the App is not responsible for any misbehaviors or inappropriate acts by the Customers to the vendors/riders while providing the products or services.
8. Purchase of Product and/or Service and Provision of Product and/or Service
Any purchase of products and/or services offered and paid through the app is a transaction between the client and the vendor. The app is just a platform provider and is not privy to the transaction between the customer and the vendor.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to engage in fraudulent activities.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.

Upload or transmit malicious software, content, or unauthorized advertisements.

Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App or its services.

11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or your reliance on any information provided through the App.
